My Backstory
I use to produce love stories on television. Now, I help people produce the love story of their own lives.
I’m a small-town girl at heart, who grew up turning rocks and trees into my princess castle dreams. That creative spark eventually led me to New York City, where I manifested my first production job as a college freshman, working the MTV Music Awards. What began as a dream job in entertainment became a twenty-year adventure across live events, award shows, talk shows, and ultimately, seven years at The Bachelor franchise.
As a Supervising Producer for The Bachelor, I guided the leads through their journeys for love, asking the deep, vulnerable questions that helped them open their hearts on camera. But somewhere between the fairytale dates and the heartbreak goodbyes, I realized I’d been neglecting my own heart. I was burnt out and left wondering, what would it take for me to find love?
A mid-thirties meltdown turned into an awakening. I quit my job, flipped the script, and began my own healing journey. That path led me inward, as I began to ask myself the same questions I use to ask others on TV. I dived into my own backstory, gaining a deeper understanding of the subconscious patterns that shape our lives and relationships. Through life coaching, hypnotherapy, energy healing, and various somatic modalities, I gained a stronger awareness of myself, my body, and the unconditional love available to us all. Hypnotherapy not only helped me heal from a broken heart, but it also helped call in the love I desired! All of these tools have guided me to discover the love within, and I am passionate about inspiring women on their journey as well.
Today, as The Love Producer, I help women break free from the old scripts that keep them stuck in familiar patterns. Through a blend of coaching, somatic, and subconscious work, I guide individuals to reconnect with their truth, rewrite their story, and consciously produce a life and love that feels authentic, expansive, and real.
